01 General Introduction

3dbd is an online casino and sports betting platform in Bangladesh that provides entertainment gaming services. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 3dbd platform and its users. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on the 3dbd platform are available to persons aged 21 and above only. You must confirm your correct age at the time of registration. If any person creates an account by providing a false age, their account will be terminated immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Terms

Each individual may create one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited.
If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is detected on your account, you must notify the 3dbd support team immediately.
The account belongs to the user personally — operating an account on behalf of someone else or a third party is not permitted.

2.3 Identity Verification

3dbd may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is completed. This process is essential for protecting the security of your account and the integrity of the platform.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The 3dbd platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account in the shortest possible time.

The mobile number or account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Please enter the correct deposit amount; 3dbd is not responsible for any complications arising from an incorrect amount.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

The withdrawal account must match the deposit account.
Withdrawals may be placed on hold if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
Withdrawals from accounts where identity verification has not been completed may be held.
Processing times may vary in exceptional circumstances.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

3dbd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
Deposit ৳18,000 → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.
No bonus may be converted to cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
3dbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If bonus benefits are found to have been misused, the account may be suspended or closed.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active on one account at the same time unless stated otherwise.

05 VIP Program

The 3dbd VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. 3dbd reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming products are available on 3dbd. No bet may be changed after it has been finalised. 3dbd reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on odds or results that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error in the system.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any form of manipulation, fraud, or dishonest activity is strictly prohibited.
Placing bets using software bots or automated systems is prohibited.
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is prohibited.
Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform is prohibited.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over any bet or game result, you must contact 3dbd support within 72 hours of the relevant event. The outcome of 3dbd's investigation will be considered final.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting 3dbd support. We recommend withdrawing all valid balances before closing your account.

8.2 Closure or Suspension at 3dbd's Initiative

3dbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

In the event of a breach of these Terms
On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
If multiple accounts are being operated
If false identity or information has been provided
If misconduct is directed at other users or support staff
If evidence of bonus abuse is found

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all bonuses and any funds earned from bonuses may be forfeited.

In addition, 3dbd reserves the right to discontinue or modify its services or platform at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. In such circumstances, every effort will be made to return any valid balances.
